On 14.5.2017, company president – Mr. Tran Nhat Thanh attended and delivered the opening ceremony of Artemis commercial center – No.3 Le Trong Tan. Works by the ACC – Thang Long Joint Stock Company as an investor, Delta is the construction contractor underground structure and the body.
On behalf of the contractors speaking at the opening ceremony, he expressed his great honor when Delta was the main contractor at the project. Completed and handed over the progress to the Owner on 20/8/2017, after 15 months of effort to ensure quality. He expects residents and customers to use this project service to feel the enthusiasm and enthusiasm that Delta and contractors involved in construction have shown.
Delta participated in construction of 3 basements; 6 floor blocks and 18 floors apartment in the project, with an area of 8,400 m2 underground / tunnel; body – base 4,850m2 / floor; Apartment block of 2.200m2 / floor. Contract value ~ 303 billion (VND). The underground part is constructed by DELTA according to the SEMI-TOPDOWN method, the construction body by the method of slab cable.
