In 2023, for the fifth consecutive year, DELTA Group has been honored as one of Vietnam’s Top 100 Sustainable Businesses. This achievement underscores DELTA’s consistent commitment to sustainable development.
Representing DELTA Group, Mr. Tran Dinh Loi, Head of DELTA Group’s Administration – Human Resources Department, stepped up to receive the title of Top 100 Sustainable Businesses in Vietnam awarded by VCCI in 2023.
From nearly 500 business profiles registered for the CSI 2023 program—of which nearly 25% were first-time participants—the Program Secretariat selected 146 eligible profiles for independent assessment by the scoring council via an online platform. Simultaneously, a rigorous and transparent evaluation process was conducted before presenting the top 100 exemplary sustainable businesses for commendation at the announcement ceremony.
Developed and introduced in 2016 under the leadership of VCCI, the CSI Index is Vietnam’s pioneering tool aimed at supporting enterprises in implementing sustainable corporate governance. By adopting the CSI Index, businesses are required to review their sustainable development activities, compile information according to guidelines, and thus self-assess their overall “health” and the impacts of their operations. This process enables them to devise appropriate action plans to address weaknesses, leverage strengths, and improve reporting practices, thus enhancing their attractiveness for sustainable and effective investment.
To maintain its position in the Top 100 sustainable businesses, DELTA Group has consistently prioritized the development of a sustainable business culture, aligning its success and long-term growth with the sustainable interests of the community, society, and the environment. Moreover, DELTA Group continually emphasizes proactive engagement, creative capacity, flexibility, and collaborative value creation while adhering to the development directives and policies of the Party, the State, and the Government.
