On March 28th, 2024, Vietnam Report Joint Stock Company (Vietnam Report) officially announced the Top 10 Construction Companies in 2024. Accordingly, DELTA Group ranked in the Top 5 largest Vietnamese construction contractors of the year 2024.
In the first quarter of 2024, it seems to the Vietnamese construction industry that there are still many difficulties. According to the Vietnam Report, the biggest difficulties for businesses in the industry this year include outstanding debt, fluctuations in raw material prices, legal issues, competition, and weak demand. Amid difficulties, businesses have begun the process of reconstruction and adjusting strategies to escape the crisis and maintain business operations and competitiveness. To maintain its position as a top General Contractor, DELTA Group has been adapting flexibly, training, and fostering to improve the capacity of General Contractors and continue to perfect procedures.

Although they do not appear too much in the mass media, in terms of information security, Newtecons, UDIC, Centralcons, and DELTA Group are prominent contractors with a high proportion of positive news in the past year.
In what is expected to be a period of transition and return to growth for the economy, with strategies to strengthen internal strength and respond flexibly following market fluctuations, construction businesses believe in a brighter future. At the present, they prepare their resources, strengthen the foundation for recovery and breakthrough.
The ceremony to announce the Top 10 Construction Companies in 2024 organized by Vietnam Report and VietNamNet Newspaper will take place in April 2024 in Hanoi.
