Mr. Tran Nhat Thanh is an educator and businessman with more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry. He received his education in Russia and graduated with a master degree in civil engineering. Mr. Thanh used to serve as a lecturer at Vietnam National University of Civil Engineering. In addition, he held a number of other positions in his career, including as Director of Center for Civil Engineering Research and Application. Being thefounder of DELTA Civil and Industrial Construction company, Mr. Thanh is now the Chairman of the Executive Board of the company.

In the establishment and growth of DELTA Corp., Mr. Thanh has played a leading role in directing the company towards a bright future of sustainable development and accomplishments.

As one of the people who have been there with DELTA Corp. since its very first days, Mr. Tran Thanh Vinh is extremely knowledgeable about the difficulties DELTA has to face and the challenges of Vietnam’s construction industry. His valuable experiences have contributed to build up the strong and successful DELTA as of today.

Mr. Nguyen Dang Quang is the Deputy General Director and Labour Union President of DELTA Corp. With the methodical human resource strategy of DELTA, the role of Deputy General Director Nguyen Dang Quang is very important. He is the research adviser to the management in the development and implementation of employee’s policy, especially the mechanism of mobilization, rotation and policies of treatment, encouragement and collection, attract qualified staff who have great ability and practical experience of working, creating motivation for the collective and individual strive to excel excellently the tasks assigned.

Although not directly involved in production, it is always required to capture information, analyze, synthesise, evaluate the situation and forecast accurately to handle problems arising in time. He is the direct conductor of the company’s external activities, coordinating activities with the social administrative organizations.

As one of the Deputy General Directors of DELTA Corp., Mr. Nguyen Minh Hien is responsible for the company’s planning and construction bidding. His qualifications include the MBA degree of Project Management in Construction by the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT).

In 2006, Mr. Nguyen Minh Hien was appointed as Deputy General Director at the age of 28. With the enthusiasm of youth along with carefulness, meticulous and a great listening ability, Mr. Hien has contributed to bring more customers to DELTA. He can understand the needs of customers, especially those who have strict requirements on technical and quality standards as well as maintain good relationships with customers and always receive appreciation from business partners.

Mr. Nguyen Minh Hien is a Project Management Master, currently holding the position of Deputy General Director, Head of the Planning and Bidding Division of DELTA.

Mr. Nguyen Xuan Thu has an MBA degree in Project Management by the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT). As the Deputy General Director, he is responsible for monitoring Technic, Economy and Managing ongoing projects.
Joining Delta since 2003, he started work as a payment officer at Vincom Gallery, 191 Ba Trieu. Next, he was transferred to work in the planning department, in line with the company’s personnel development policy.

After a period of time, by identifying clearly the direction of development, he is requested to transfer work directly at the construction. Do not hesitate difficulties, accumulate experience in organizing the construction, he has experienced the position of commander of construction, general command of key projects Sky City, Times City, etc.

In 2012, he was appointed as Deputy General Director of Delta. That is the Board’s recognition for the management ability and matured efforts of the youngest Deputy General Director of Delta. Mr. Nguyen Xuan Thu is currently the Deputy General Director, the Head of construction management division of DELTA. A typical model for young Delta engineers to study and follow.

Ever since he was a student at the University of Civil Engineering, Mr. Hoang Ngoc Tu has had experience working at the DELTA Construction Group. After graduation in 2008, Mr. Hoang Ngoc Tu became an official employee at DELTA. With the experience accumulated early and creative intelligence and youthful enthusiasm, Mr. Hoang Ngoc Tu quickly assigned to take charge of major projects. In 2013, Mr. Hoang Ngoc Tu was appointed to work at the Group’s head office.

In 2018, with the talent and endless efforts, Mr. Hoang Ngoc Tu was appointed as Deputy General Director of DELTA.

Mr. Vũ Gia Bình is a highly experienced expert in the fields of construction and investment in Vietnam. He has held management positions that demand comprehensive knowledge and deep understanding of the market and construction operations, including Project Manager, Deputy General Director at Hoàng Thành, Deputy General Director at Capitaland – Hoàng Thành, Head of Construction at Sun Group, Head of Construction at Empire Group, Construction Director at Novaland – Đồng Nai, and Deputy General Director at Construction Corporation No. 1 – CC1, among others.

Additionally, Mr. Bình actively participates in professional and social activities, consistently dedicated to the development of the construction industry, such as initiatives of the Vietnam Association of Construction Contractors.

Currently, Mr. Vũ Gia Bình serves as Deputy General Director at Delta Group, where he continues to leverage his expertise and foresight to contribute to the sustainable development and prosperity of the Group.

Mr. Tran Mai Le has made significant contributions to the development of Delta Group. Currently, he is Deputy General Director of Delta Group and concurrenly in charge of Delta E&C Construction and Mechanical Joint Stock Company. Thanks to his smartness, he has led Delta E&C to participate in and complete many large-scale projects, helping to establish the company’s position in the construction and mechanical industries in Vietnam.

As an experienced expert with foreign projects, Mr. Tran Mai Le has devised many strategies to expand the market and promote the overall growth of Delta Group. Additionally, he thoroughly understands the needs of customers, especially foreign clients who have stringent requirements regarding technical standards, quality, and optimization of costs and timelines.

With nearly 20 years of dedication, Mr. Đào Tuấn Phương is one of Delta’s homegrown leaders, having risen through the ranks from a site engineer to project manager. Throughout his career, he has consistently demonstrated commitment, a strong sense of responsibility, and a highly professional working style.

Known for his strength, energy, and enthusiasm, he approaches every challenge with determination and inspires positivity in those around him. He is a shining example of the next generation of Delta leadership—those who understand the company’s culture, grow from practical experience, and are deeply committed to the core value of “building with conscience and knowledge.”

His appointment as Deputy General Director reflects the trust and recognition from Delta’s leadership for his tireless contributions throughout the Group’s development journey.

Before being appointed Deputy General Director, Mr. Tống Văn Sang served as Director of the Construction Management Division and had many years of hands-on experience managing field operations.

Highly regarded for his professional expertise, Mr. Sang is also known for his sharp thinking, strong team coordination skills, and ability to respond flexibly in various situations. The combination of intelligence, composure, and a strong sense of responsibility has made him one of the Group’s key personnel, contributing significantly to Delta’s overall success.

His appointment to the senior leadership team is a well-deserved recognition of his long-standing contributions and affirms the Group’s strategic direction in developing a capable, resilient, and committed next generation of leaders.
