The Dinh Co Gas Processing Plant.
Throughout its history, Delta Group has contributed to numerous landmark industrial developments across the country, including the Dinh Co Gas Processing Plant, Lee & Man Paper Mill in Hau Giang, Hanoi Mechanical Company, Thai Binh 2 Thermal Power Plant, Song Lam Cement Plant, and Vissai Ninh Binh Cement Plant, among others.
Dinh Co Gas Processing Plant
The Dinh Co Gas Processing Plant (GPP Dinh Co), located in Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province, was constructed with the participation of Delta Group and completed in 1997. This facility is regarded as a landmark project in Vietnam’s oil and gas industry, serving as the first complex gas processing plant developed by PV GAS and Petrovietnam. At the time of its completion, GPP Dinh Co was among the most technologically advanced and scientifically complex projects in the country, featuring a state-of-the-art processing system that set new industry standards.
Lee & Man Paper Mill – Hậu Giang
The Lee & Man Paper Mill in Hau Giang Province is one of the largest paper manufacturing facilities in the region, spanning 29,430 m² within Phu Huu A Industrial Park, Chau Thanh District. Delta Group participated in the construction of this project, which was completed in 2019, undertaking the reinforced concrete structural work and factory finishing.
Within just four years of operation, Lee & Man Vietnam has emerged as one of the leading paper manufacturers in the country, with an annual production capacity of hundreds of thousands of tons.
VinES Battery Manufacturing Plant
The VinES Battery Manufacturing Plant is a key project in Vietnam’s green energy and sustainable technology sector. Located in Hà Tinh Province, this state-of-the-art facility was developed with the aim of producing high-performance lithium-ion batteries to support the country’s growing electric vehicle (EV) and renewable energy industries.
Delta Group played a crucial role in the construction and structural development of the plant, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and technical precision. The facility is expected to contribute significantly to Vietnam’s energy transition, supporting the localization of battery production and reducing dependence on imported energy storage solutions.
VinES Battery Manufacturing Plant – Phase 1.
The VinES Battery Manufacturing Plant project, (which will produce auxiliary components to the VinFast automotive manufacturing complex), is developed by Vingroup and constructed by Delta Group as the general contractor. The construction commenced on December 12, 2021, and by July 2022, after just over six months of rapid development, Phase 1 of the project—spanning 8 hectares with a total investment of 4,000 billion VND—was substantially completed.
To ensure timely completion, Delta Group maximized its workforce, machinery, and technical equipment, implementing a “three shifts, four teams” rotation system to maintain continuous progress. Despite the intense heat in Ha Tinh, the commitment to meeting the project deadline remained unwavering, with thousands of workers deployed at peak periods to accelerate construction efforts.
In Phase 1 of the VinES Battery Manufacturing Plant, Delta Group implemented precast reinforced concrete column installation, dividing the site into six simultaneous construction zones. This approach significantly reduced construction time, minimized scaffolding materials, and optimized labor resources compared to traditional construction methods.

Hoa Phat Dung Quat 2 Steel Plant
In Q3 2022, Delta Group was awarded several contract packages for the Hoa Phat Dung Quat 2 Integrated Steel Production Complex project. To ensure safety, quality, construction progress, and cost optimization while meeting the investor’s requirements, Delta Group’s leadership emphasized the proactive execution of tasks by each team member, fostering a strong sense of responsibility and accountability throughout the project.
To date, the Hoa Phat Dung Quat 2 Integrated Steel Complex stands as one of the largest industrial projects in Quang Ngai Province, spanning over 283 hectares with a total investment of approximately 85,000 billion VND.
