The building is surrounded by a pedestrian plaza, green spaces, and a multi-route internal transportation system, creating an overall design that is both contemporary and environmentally friendly. With a structure comprising three basement levels and 27 above-ground floors, the project was constructed and completed by Delta Group in 2015.
Supreme People’s Procuracy Headquarters
Located at 9 Pham Van Bach Street, Cau Giay District, Hanoi, the headquarters of the Supreme People’s Procuracy stands as a grand and imposing structure, embodying integrity and authority.
The building was constructed with a scale of two basement levels and 27 above-ground floors, covering a total construction area of approximately 2,980 square meters. Its design and execution reflect both the significance of the institution and a commitment to architectural excellence.

Coninco Tower Project
After 14 months of construction completed on schedule, in April 2019, the Consulting and Construction Technology, Equipment, and Inspection Joint Stock Company (Coninco), together with Delta Group as the contractor, celebrated the topping-out ceremony of Coninco Tower at 4 Ton That Tung Street, Dong Da District, Hanoi.

The tower’s exterior harmoniously blends glass facades with concrete cladding, evoking the rugged, raw texture of freshly mined ore while simultaneously capturing the refined beauty found only in nature’s creations.
