Received information severely damage of many communes in Mu Cang Chai district, Yen Bai province after the historic flood in early August, 2017, the agreement of the party committee, the local government, DELTA Corp has surveyed and conducted the construction of a pre-school site for children to study in the new school year 2017 – 2018.
DELTA staffs handed over the school and presented gifts to pupils on the opening day of the new school year.
After 20 days of construction of the facilities, from a 58m2 temporary campus site with two non-permanent classes to the new campus site built on an area of 120 m2 with two main classrooms and warehouse. Classroom corridors, playgrounds are also constructed, reinforced to ensure the safety for the children at school.
In addition, the DELTA Corp Trade Union mobilized many toys, books from staff, employees to support the children attend school and many other schools in Mu Cang Chai district.
The project of building a charity school not only brings practical value in order to share difficulties for the learning conditions of the children of Mu Cang Chai upland area but also expresses the profound humanity of cadres and employees of DELTA Corp.
